While preaching at an evangelistic meeting in Kawerau involving the New Life, AOG, Apostolic, and other local Churches, God did some amazing miracles. The baby on the photo was blind from birth and had no co-ordination in her body. The doctor's report from the Waikato hospital read, "there is no potential for vision...". The mother, a new believer in Christ, came to us at the end of one of the services with tears in her eyes. She was desperate but confessed to have faith that Jesus could heal her child.
We laid hands on the baby and mother, according to Mark 16:18. The baby went to "sleep" almost immediately, and slept for 4 hours. When she woke up the mother noticed that her eyes were different and her little head was turning and following her around the house. The next day the mother came to the morning service and testified that after the baby had been "slain in the Spirit for four hours" (her words), she had recovered her sight and had the normal physical co-ordination of any baby at that age.
There was not one dry eye in the congregation after that testimony. Needless to say, God moved once again in a powerful way and lives were touched never to be the same again. Jesus is truly the same today! I have spoken to Dinal and Jim McMillian,the pastors of the Church, today (10/6/99) and they told me that the doctors are totally amazed and can't quite grasp what happened. Debbie Sadler (the mother) is now attending the "foundations class" at her church. She is going well and Aroha (the baby) is a happy, healthy child - a true testimony of the goodness and mercy of our great God.
Leg healed after being fractured in 6 places
The young man on this photo had a terrible accident and his legs were broken in six different places. He was operated several times over a period of one year, and the legs simply would not heal. Reluctantly, he came to one of our services in Christchurch.
He answered none of the appeals to come forward for prayer or salvation and was just sitting, when the power of God hit him and he was immediately healed . He came forward running (for the first time since the accident one year ago), and crying out to God to save his soul. His mother joined him at the front holding in her hands the evidence that our God is an awsome God! After being healed, he received Jesus as Lord and Saviour.
CURED OF THE INCURABLE
"A year ago I was crippled by pain and fatigue that I could hardly walk. At 32, I had just been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia Syndrome, a chronic pain disorder that is incurable. My faith was weak, and I spoke to you because I just couldn't see past a life of pain.

NO DISTANCE IN PRAYER
"Thanks so much for covering my sister in prayer and to your wife also, many thanks. She is leaving hospital today to go the our local hospital for two weeks to convalesce. She has been told that she is a model patient and several of the things she was told about heart surgery patients never eventuated with her. No fluid on the lungs, no swelling of the legs, no putting on 10 kgs of weight through fluid retention, etc. 48hours after the surgery she had no monitors of any kind covering her progress, because she was doing so well.
I believe the grace of God has been on us all over this time so much that to me , it has been supernatural and incredible to be a part of. Please use this also as a testimony, to God's goodness and the anointing that is on both your lives. Again thank you..."

HEALED OF HEART CONDITION
"...you prayed for me at the North City Christian Church, several years ago. I have been looking for the original letter which I wrote after the healing and kept, but I have not been able to find yet. You issued a call for anyone with heart problems to come forward.
I had, had problems with my pulse which was quite erratic and I had ECG's, and a scan of my heart to reveal the size of the chambers of my heart. The outcome was that the specialist could do little for me and suggested I leave it unless it was something which became too uncomfortable to live with.
After the prayer by you, the Lord woke me about 3 nights later and told me to get up and take my pulse. I found that my pulse was very regular. Praise the Lord and thank you for your prayer. Bless you and your family"

"Your last visit to West City Christian Centre, I went forward for a blessing that Sunday night, Pastor Luis kept his hand on me and my left arm started to shake -it never happened before. I saw my doctor about the small growth just bellow my left eye, it had been there a long time and I thought I'd better do something about this.
Dr. Tiller sent me to the skin clinic where it was diagnosed as malignant. Well, after my blessing of healing on Sunday night I noticed the following week the growth gradually disappearing (it was gone in 3 days). Thank you, God is so good!"

INNER HEALING
"I would like to thankyou for coming to Palmerston North recently. I went to most of the meetings that you were speaking at and my 5 year old daughter, Jaymie, gave her heart to the Lord on the Sunday night. I am a single mum and it brought so much joy to me to know that this young child wanted Jesus in her life.
Also the Saturday night before that I was touched mightily and received inner healing in my emotional being that I have been needing for so long. I was committing suicide on the inside, emotionally, telling myself I was worthless and not important. Your teaching really inspired me and touched me and although it is a struggle some days for me I have an inner peace inside that I haven't had for a long time.
I have had involvement in lots of horrific things and always thought that I could never be totally free from all that, I felt as if it was a dark shadow following me around, but now, that shadow has gone and I know that I don't belong anywhere else but in the kingdom of our Heavenly Father.

Healed of cervical cancer
Hi there, my name is Robyn Taylor. I was diagnosed with cervical cancer just over a year ago, my doctors all said that I probably would not last longer than twelve months as it was so big and was a very ferocious strand of it. They could not operate so we went into radiation and kemo treatment, that was extremely hard, I was very sick from the treatment and also was very depressed, all I really wanted to do was die at times.We moved from Auckland up to my parents place in Paparoa where I started to go to the church in Ararua.I have never been religious in fact I was quite against it. I started to feel a bit better in myself it was helping me to cope somehow. Sonny from the church told me about you coming to Kaiwaka so I thought may as well give it a go but was still pretty sceptical, anyway we came along and as I was sitting listening to you talk, the words came through very strongly and when you asked people to put up their hand something kind of pushed my hand up and I thought oh no what have I done. I had to come up the front of everyone with a few other people, I felt like shrinking through the floor but stood there shaking like aleaf. You asked us to repeat some words after you I didn't really know what I was saying but carried on with it.
Next I came up when you were anointing people, you put your hands on my head and to my surprise my legs disappeared under me and I was lying on the floor, you were saying words over me. I felt something squirm away down where my cancer was and when I got up and sat down i couldn't stop shaking it was very strange.On the way home there was a lovely feeling in the car even my partner felt it. To cut a long story short three months later we went to our doctor after my last MRI he was quite surprised that they could not find any sign of the tumor. We were blown away.
pray about three times a day now and I am so grateful for this new chance at life, I tell as many people as I can and people that know me believe there must be something in it because I was definitely not a believer before this happened.
